Shyles of Pyte

Tony Curtis' annual Isle of Bute beer/music extravaganza, also known as Shyles of Pyte (a brilliant example of a lateral spoonerism, etymologically derived from the Kyles of Bute).

While the other guitars, fiddles, banjos (and other implements of destruction) were being operated at Kingarth (also known as the 'kin garth - there's a double entendre in everything on this trip), I took a break from drinking lots of tea, playing the guitar and blowing the flute, and had a little shufti at the other side of Bute.

A nice quiet walk from Rubber Duck back to Rothesay, listening to eiders all the way.
